i walked into my first yoga class in the summer of 2010. over time, i fell in love with the practice because it allows me to organize my mind and body in a safe space and gives me the opportunity to grow physically, mentally and emotionally.
i received my 200 hour certification from back bay yoga under the guidance of lynne begier, ryan cunningham and sarah sturges in 2014. my intent is to help my students explore their own practice, always challenge themselves while serving their bodies. my teaching style is a dynamic vinyasa flow with focus on alignment. in addition to the physical benefits, i want to give others what i received from my yoga experience - to live life with joy, appreciation, purpose, connection and aloha. i am constantly moved by the wisdom of my own instructors and tribute back bay yoga for inspiring me to be where i am today.
based in new york city, i offer private yoga sessions in manhattan and brooklyn.
